A Short Hiatus

To my teeming fans, it is with great regret that I will not be adding to the story of Kabize Vipertree next week. Alas, I will be out of town compliments of the company I work for attending the Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 conference in Chicago, Illinois. During this four-day event, I hope to learn more about SQL Server and numerous features and abilities, both new and old, offered by Visual Studio.

While I’ll bring along my old Toshiba Thrive tablet, I will neither have time nor the tools and resources to write and post.

Don’t worry. Kabize won’t be forgotten! In my mind, I have the highlights of her story mapped out for several years – I just have to fill in the gaps and details. I hope the style of presentation is to your liking. It is a challenge for me to write. Yet, I am enjoying this challenge and look forward to continuing the effort.

My only regret is that I can’t (yet) share her story with the players in my two D&D groups, as it contains spoilers.

Perhaps you can use this opportunity to start from the beginning of her story. Reading an episodic series out of order can’t possibly be enjoyable! Just for your convenience, here’s a link to the first entry:

Through a Cat’s Eyes – 1.1

Each post now has a link to the next installment (as well as the previous installment) to make navigation easy.

Furthermore, feel free to check out my other blog posts. I invite you to comment and share your wisdom and ideas. Speaking of that, after Kabize leaves Scone, the next “highlight” doesn’t occur for about four years. This means I have that much time in her life to fill with interesting story. I’m open to suggestions and ideas! I look forward to hearing from you!

And of course, thank you for reading and enjoying my madness. It’s a sane way to go.
