A poem about poetry? I’ve never done that before! 😉

Words and thoughts meet
In the swirls of time and space
Where there is no meaning

Only chaos

Joining together
Taking for as an idea
Germinating, fertilizing

Compounding, another and another
Doubling, doubling again
Feeding on chaotic substance
Forming, growing, gaining life

As it grows, it thrives, it pulsates
It commands, it rules, it dominates
It takes, like a parasite

Bursting forth!
From the maelstrom: its womb
It breathes life
It screams in triumph.

It is unique…

A poem is born.
