Open Your Heart

Show the inside
Of your heart
If not to
Someone else
Then show your heart
To yourself

Open your heart
See the pumping blood
See the mighty machine
That is vital to life.

Open your heart
See the pain inside
Deal with the wounds
That hurt so much

Heal the wounds
That make your life
Miserable and sad
Liven your life

Open your heart
And see the love
That radiates and shines
Brighter than the sun.

  1. Wow! great poem. my families and friends told me that I have a good heart. I guess they have seen it. Unknowingly, I have opened my heart to them. I think doing great deeds and not expecting anything back will show “the love That radiates and shines Brighter than the sun.” I like this line. Keep posting more.
